Automate configuration to check if the camera can hadle target updates without the need of Cancel commands.
The check is simple as ie. the SGR can handle an update of the target position of a move command. If this is the case then the best way of driving the camera is to send new moveTo targets without cancel in between, if this is not possible then the best way of driving the camera is to limit the boundaries and send move-Direction commands.
The test is easy as we can send the camera from its HOME position to the extreme left on a slow speed and send immediately a command to send the camera to the extreme right. If the camera has a Problem with this it sends an exception back which tells us that commands have to be cancelled before ne ones can be issued.
