The "default" workflow is identified by three completely different labels

Steps to reproduce

The "default" workflow is

1) in a file called "compose-distribute-publish.xml"
2) has and id "full" which is listed in the workflow instance as template
3) has a title of "Encode, Analyze, and Distribute"

it isn't even the default workflow as there is a default.xml which appears to part of the workflow handling implementation?

I agree that its hard to tell what workflow is really being selected from the schedule UI because that drop down shows the title, not the id, and the workflow id is used elsewhere.

Indirectly related is the potential confusion that config.properties is where to specific a default workflow (id) if none is giving on ingest and InboxScannerService-inbox.cfg also has its own default workflow (id) setting for the ingest inbox.

These "minor" usability issues are too easy to ignore as a developer but are the things that really put users off.

I would push that the file name at least is changed to encode-analyze-distribute.xml .

Moving this to develop, as nobody is currently working on it and it will probably not make it to 1.6.0
