Summary of "Add Events" and "Add Series" shows irrelevant data

Steps to reproduce

When a user creates a new Event by uploading one or more media files, the summary displays some fields that only would be relevant for scheduled events:

Start Date
Start Time

This is misleading.

We should also make sure that only fields that have data are displayed in the summary. For example, if only an Event's title is provided, we should not show all the fields that have no value. Should be applied to Series summary as well
