ActiveMQ Configuration and Connection Problems

Steps to reproduce

  • Make sure ActiveMQ is not running

  • Start Matterhorn

  • See MH waiting for an ActiveMQ connection

  •  

    • here you realize that ActiveMQ is not running

  • Stop Matterhorn

  • Watch exceptions pop up in the logs while MH is shutting down
