Yes, you are right. These terms are ok and in general we can use CC-BY 2.5 and CC-BY 3 (approved by Apereo). The problem is, however, that the required attribution is not met atm. I feared that attribution would be necessary on the page the lib is used on but it seems adding it to the NOTICES would suffice as well (according to Apache Foundation docs linked by Apereo).
Im an currently doing that for all the other libraries. But as it seems like this lib is not used at all, I will still remove it and not add a notice
