Add note about ffmpeg/libav on Ubuntu

Note that by default Ubuntu and Debian ship libav and installing the `ffmpeg` package from the default repository will not get you FFmpeg. If you are unsure about where to get FFmpeg, please head the the [FFmpeg website](http://ffmpeg.org).
