    • Type: Bug
    • Status: Resolved
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Won't Fix
    • Affects versions: 1.6.1, 1.6.2
    • Fix versions: None
    • Components: Documentation
    • Labels:
      None
    • Severity:
      Incorrect Documentation

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Navigate to https://opencast.jira.com/wiki/display/MHDOC/Integrating+Matterhorn+in+an+LMS+with+The+LTI+module
      2. Identify the steps necessary to enable LTI on Opencast
      3. Identify the LMS settings necessary for tool url and custom parameters.

       The guide suggests the following:
      * Security settings are in mh_default_org.org
      * LTI endpoint is ENGAGE-URL/LTI (adopters might read this as adopter-url/engage/lti)
      * custom parameters include custom_tool, custom_id, custom_series, custom_test

       Documentation needs to reflect:
      * mh_defaults.org.xml defaults to having OAuth section un-commented before it can be used
      * LTI endpoint (aka "Tool Path" or "Launch URL") is engage-node-server/lti
      * Custom parameters are tool, id, series, test

      Furthermore, now that MH-10879 has been merged, next 1.6.x release will change the custom parameters:
       tool=ltitools/courses/index.html
       sid=03189164-9aa8-4219-8079-11a02084ebca (rather than "series")
      Player will be configurable from etc/load/org.opencastproject.organization-mh_default_org.cfg
