Using Window 10 with Internet Explorer 11.0.10240.16384
Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to playback a video
Window mode: Black screen (no video), audio works
Fullscreen mode: Black screen (no video), player buttons missing
Player should playback video (incl. audio).
Workaround (if any):
Use another browser
This sounds like the the browser cannot play back the video format.
Can you play back mp4 (h264/aac) files at all in IE?
Do you have Flash installed (there is a Flash fallback)?
I am also having trouble with the Theodul Player fullscreen in IE (v_11.0.9600).
The video is vertically pushed off canvas, so that only half of the video is showing up.
Controls are completely hidden.
No Flash installed.
Other mp4 seem to work fine.
I see the fullscreen problem.
But I cannot reproduce the main issue that this ticket describes with Windows 8.1 and IE 11 or with Windows 10 and Edge or IE 11 (also IE11 behaves a little strange - opening in Tablet Mode - and different than with W8.1).
The full screen issue is solved and I had no problems with the player with IE 10 (simulated), 11 and Edge on two different machines.
