Group names are not case sensitive

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Organisation->Groups
2. Add a new group with the name 'Aaaa'
3. Add a new group with the name 'aaaa'

Actual Results:
The new group with the name 'aaaa' overwrites the existing group with the name 'Aaaa'. It seems that group names are treated in an case-insensitive way which seems weird since the names are displayed including the case

Expected Results:
I would expect a group with name 'aaaa' to be treated separately from another group with the name 'Aaaa'

Workaround (if any):

Groups with names that only differentiate in Uppercase/lowercase are treated as Identical. A second group cannot be created

This is not an issue about the group name, the problem is the group name is used to create the group role name, which must be unique, therefore it doesn't make sense to have a group "Aaaa" which create the role "GROUP_ROLE_AAAA" and a second group "aaaa" which creates the same role. Therefore I suggest this ticket to not be an an issue an close it as won't fix if nobody has a good idea how to solve it.
