Email workflow doesn't send email
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure SMTP service correctly
2. Add email WOH into workflow, see: https://docs.opencast.org/r/2.1.x/admin/workflowoperationhandlers/email-woh/
3. Start workflow and wait till the workflow reaches the email WOH
The workflow doesn't continue and no error is given. The workflow continues to be in the 'running' state in the admin ui.
That an email would be send to the email specified in the WOH.
