Change translation filesnames for Theodul Player
Steps to reproduce
Currently, the Theodul Player translation files are named according to the following convention:
<2 letter language code>.json
The problem with this is the languages can have "subtypes" think of en-US vs en-UK.
Since Opencast has been recently translated to Chinese Simplified, we now run into this problem for the first time since Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified would both end-up with the file zn.json (instead of zn-TW and zn-CN).
We have now configured crowdin to use the following convention for the Theodul Player language files:
<2 letter language code> + '-' + <2 letter sublanguage code in captial letters> + '.json'
Changed file names on Crowdin (Using the placeholder %locale%)
