IOExceptions are very verbose

Steps to reproduce

If a client (e.g. a CA, or browser) closes a connection before Opencast has finished writing out response data to a request, you get a long verbose stack trace in the logs.

As client connection errors are just part of life and don't indicate a real error, these should be caught and suppressed, or at least only logged at DEBUG level.
