As a user I need a minimal upload facility

      Description

We currently are facing two issues with the "Add event" wizard:

      1. Not all users are allowed to schedule events, but most are allowed to upload video files
      2. The "Add event" wizard is powerful but requires a lot of clicks if the users simply wants to upload a video file

      We envision the following solution:

Add a minimal upload modal. Minimal means:

      • Single page modal
      • Select file
      • Enter mandatory metadata fields
      • Upload button

All other parameters are either set automatically (e.g. ACE for currently logged in user, workflow needed for processing) and/or edited using the Admin UI after the video file has been uploaded.

This dialog does not aim at replacing the "File Upload Part" of the "Add Event" wizard: The minimum upload only supports single video files ("presenter") and no selection of workflows.

Using this additional dialog, it is possible to solve the issues described above:

      1. Not all users are allowed to schedule events, but most are allowed to upload video files

The unprivileged users only have access to the minimum file upload (that does not allow to schedule events).

      2. The "Add event" wizard is powerful but requires a lot of clicks if the users simply wants to upload a video file

The minimum file upload is a very simple uploader requires just a few clicks to upload a video.
