As a user, I expect the video editor to correctly visualize the audio track

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download a sine wave 0Hz 0Db 10s on
2. Add Event (using the sine wave downloaded in step 1)
3. Open the video editor

Actual Results:
The audio track is not visualized correctly:

  • In both the timeline and timeline overview, the waveform is not vertically centered correctly

  • In the timeline the waveform is not scaled correctly (it suggests a lower level than the audio track actually has)

Expected Results:

  • The waveform should be vertically centered correctly in both timelines

  • The waveform should represent the audio level correct, i.e. at 0db, it should be horizontally filling all space

Workaround (if any):
Just ignore and be aware that the data is not 100% correct

This one has been merged directly into 3.x when moving back from github to bitbucket. It is contained in 3.1. I therefore close this issue.
