AdminUI is Blocked For Minutes When Backend is Slow

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have tons of data in the backend
2. Try one of the following things:

  • Start a task via Recordings->Actions->StartTask

  • Delete an event via Recordings->Actions->Delete

  • Open the video editor, select the "Publish" workflow and hit "save & continue"

Actual Results: It takes you up to minutes (depending on the performance of your backend) until you get back to the list of recordings. The UI is blocked for this time period.

Expected Results: You immediately return to the list of recordings and are free to continue working

We have declined the pull request as it is unclear whether it is still appropriate - there have been other optimisations that might have this one obsolete.
