Streaming media distribution does not work in a distributed cluster

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up an Opencast cluster with the admin and presentation profiles separate in different machines
2. Configure a streaming server, so that the mediapackages are distributed to the streaming service
3. Process a mediapackage

Actual Results:
The streaming distribution fails.

Expected Results:
The streaming distribution should work correctly
