Normally, the framerate of the incoming video streams should not be changed during processing because this introduces encoding artefacts.
There are situations, however, where the framerate of the incoming video stream is not appropriate for video streaming (e.g. 120fps) and needs to be adjusted so that the final distribution artefacts are appropriately encoded for streaming.
This story aims at extending the WOH analyze-tracks so that it additionally creates workflow instance variable containing the framerate of a video track.
Using that newly introduced workflow instance variable, it is possible to (indirectly) select different encoding profiles for processing.
