Scheduler service REST endpoint returns internal server error in case of unauthorised access

Steps to reproduce

During the review of https://github.com/opencast/opencast/pull/233 it became obvious that the Scheduler service REST endpoint will throw a HTTP 500 Internal Server error in case of unauthorised access - even though the interface declares that it would respond with 401 Unauthorised. Then again, shouldn't it be 403 Forbidden?
