Install OC 5.x from source (Debian,Ubuntu) guide. ERROR: Could not generate DH keypair
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce:
1. Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS
2. Install openjdk-8-jdk or openjdk-9-jdk from Ubuntu repo
3. Follow the setup docs. Run "mvn clean install"
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project opencast-common: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.opencastproject:opencast-common:bundle:5-SNAPSHOT: Failed to collect dependencies at com.entwinemedia.common:functional:jar:1.4.2: Failed to read artifact descriptor for com.entwinemedia.common:functional:jar:1.4.2: Could not transfer artifact com.entwinemedia.common:functionalom:1.4.2 from/to opencast (https://mvncache.opencast.org/nexus/content/groups/public): java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair: Prime size must be multiple of 64, and can only range from 512 to 2048 (inclusive)
You should end up with a working Matterhorn all-in-one server
Workaround (if any):
Install Oracle Java 8 from PPA
Install a a java 8 version >= 8u161 b12 (Added support for DiffieHellman keys up to 8192 bits and DSA keys up to 3072 bits.)
Sounds good. If this is still occurring please let the mailing list know. I would bet this was a transient error that would have been better addressed when it was happening
openjdk-8-jdk update (8u171) it's now available at Ubuntu repositories.
After update "mvn clean install" works fine.
