      Description

The default composer job load is 0.8, which seems to be somewhat too low for production systems.

Lots of 0.8-sized jobs can easily pile up on a worker node (e.g. with 8 CPUs), leading to the workers being bottlenecked on IO rather than CPU.

      1.5 is a better default.
