Capture Agent - Start Capture Using URL - misleading status

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Capture Agent URL /capture/index.html
2. Start Capture
3. Capture Agent page says that capture has started
4. Admin UI does not show that the capture is in progress
5. Stop capture
6. Capture is stored locally on capture agent in /opt/matterhorn/cache/captures
7. tail -f /opt/matterhorn/logs/opencast.log does not show any activity

NOTE: scheduled captures work just fine

Expected Results:
Admin UI shows capture progress

Workaround (if any):

This ticket can be closed. The problem was due to a corrupted capture agent load. The corruption occurred after the capture agent workstation ran out of hard drive space. After making space available and rebooting the workstation, the problem described in this ticket is now gone.
