1. Go to Finished Page on Admin App. Make sure your browser cache is cleared
2. Go to http://opencast02.usask.ca:8080/engage/ui/watch.html?id=e2e4aabf-9f02-43bf-9afd-37d789edcfa1
3. Immediately click on Play icon over image. The play icon remains on the player and the video never proceeds, but the audio starts correctly.
4. Sometimes when I reload the player behaves correctly, whereas other times the same issue occurs regardless of whether the cache has been cleared. If I just leave the player alone for a 1m before clicking play, then it almost always works. But if I click play soon after the player initializes it seems to have issues.
