Admin page(s) logo change tedious, needs CSS update

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit recordings.html, scheduler.html, etc.

Workaround (if any):

It's desired to change logos on the Admin pages. Right now to do this you need to edit 8 or 9 html pages to change the logo image, height and width. Shouldn't this be in CSS? Isn't that the proper use of CSS? All admin/user visible logos should be controlled via CSS and these CSS files along with images should be in the shared-resources directory for easy access and modification. Same with the Engage player (which I think handles this issue correctly).

Also, the text <h1>Admin Tools</h1> has no padding and butts against my logo image causing them to run together. Does not look great.

Also, for Engage, the #logotitle width in shared.css is much too small for other logos and title information, and should be changed to something like this:

#logotitle {
position: absolute;
top: 16px;
width: 60%;
