Tags should not be mapped to subject

Steps to reproduce

The metadata I enter under subject in the admin UI shows up as a Tag within Youtube.
Should be mapped to the new keywords tab in the oc namespace.
dcEpisode.getFirst(DublinCore.PROPERTY_SUBJECT).split(", ");

Adam, the keywords are picked up from the DC field matterhorn:keywords:

String keywords = dcEpisode == null ? null : dcEpisode.getFirst(DublinCoreCatalogImpl.PROPERTY_KEYWORDS);

However, I don't see any place to enter this metadata in the UI. I'll assign this back to Sergio to add the proper UI elements to populate this field in the episode DC catalog.

Sergio added the metadata to his dev env to test, and apparently it shows up in the dubincore/episode catalog but it disappears once it hits the encoding operations. Any thoughts on why it doesn't stick around? On a separate note, what does the ingest expect when posting the additional metadata field? It doesn't seem to be added to the dublincore as a distinct namespace.

I asked Sergio to clarify what is going on. Based on the limited information in my previous comment ^^ do you have any insights?

See MH-8119. The fix should go in the UI, which should include oc:keywords rather than dcterms:keywords.

Sergio needs to confirm that after oc keyword fix, this metdata is passed to Youtube.
