Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Admin manual upload page
2. Type in a new Series which is not currently in the system.
3. Submit the file for Upload
Actual Results: Responds with an error "Series catalog not found" and dumps the Upload job. But the new Series is actually now found in the Series tab and was created.
Expected Results: All the entry information about the Upload job is lost. Very frustrating. Somehow verify the Series before Submit or don't allow a new Series to be entered at this point. I don't know what the design point for this operation was intended to be on this page.
