Cannot install CAS because default cas authentication is missing 3 lines from default spring security configuration

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to use CAS authentication
2. Follow instructions to install
3. Keep getting denied for any url including urls that should be accessible by anonymous /info/me.jsonh

Workaround (if any):
Change:
<bean name="oAuthConsumerDetailsService" class="org.opencastproject.kernel.security.OAuthSingleConsumerDetailsService">
<constructor-arg index="0" ref="userDetailsService"/>
</bean>

to:

<bean name="oAuthConsumerDetailsService" class="org.opencastproject.kernel.security.OAuthSingleConsumerDetailsService">
<constructor-arg index="0" ref="userDetailsService"/>
<constructor-arg index="1" value="consumerkey"/>
<constructor-arg index="2" value="consumersecret"/>
<constructor-arg index="3" value="constructorName"/>
</bean>
