Schedule UI: If logged in as other than superadmin, and enter a non-ootb series to which have administer access, cannot save.

Steps to reproduce:

1. On Series tab, add a new series, giving View and Administer priviliges to SERIES_1_ADMIN
3. Log out and log back in as admin1, admin1
2. On Recordings tab, click Schedule Recording
3. Enter title, the series added in step 1 (autocomplete won't work, have to type it in), duration, capture agent.
4. Click Schedule.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens (well, nothing appears to happen). Have to cancel. If repeat the test, using the OOTB series Series #1, can schedule a recording just fine. If log out, and log back in as superadmin, see on Series tab that there is now a duplicate of the series created in step 1.

Expected Results:
Can schedule a recording with any series to which I have administer privileges (should appear in Series autocomplete). No new series created
