Steps to reproduce:
1. recordings did not start automatically or the videos where black, or the devices fail to initialize
2. I never encountered the Problem in MH 1.3.0 It happens since the core has been updated to 1.3.1, even CAs that are still running 1.3.0 are encountering this problem.
3. The schedule.ics file is very large (100MB +) and it seems to be a binary file.
Workaround (if any):
delete the large ics and restart the CA.
