Deleting an episode in the EpisodeService may cause a "could not copy asset" on subsequent archival operation

      1. archive an episode e1
      2. delete it
      3. archive an episode e2 with an element that has also been a member of e1, i.e. has the same md5 checksum
       
      Actual Results:
      The episode service yields a "could not copy asset" error
       
      Expected Results:
      Episode should be archived without any problem.
