Definition for mh_job_mh_service_registration missing in DDL script

Steps to reproduce

Startign up with an empty database leads to the following table being created:

mh_job_mh_service_registration

CREATE TABLE `mh_job_mh_service_registration` (
`Job_id` bigint(20) NOT NULL,
`servicesRegistration_id` bigint(20) NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (`Job_id`,`servicesRegistration_id`),
KEY `mhjobmhservice_registrationservicesRegistration_id` (`servicesRegistration_id`),
CONSTRAINT `FK_mh_job_mh_service_registration_Job_id` FOREIGN KEY (`Job_id`) REFERENCES `mh_job` (`id`),
CONSTRAINT `mhjobmhservice_registrationservicesRegistration_id` FOREIGN KEY (`servicesRegistration_id`) REFERENCES `mh_service_registration` (`id`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8

The table is not in scripts/ddl in trunk or the 1.4 branch so is created without indexes on mysql
