No confirmation after scheduling

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Admin-UI
2. Click on “Schedule Recording”
3. Enter metadata (title, series, etc.)
4. Click on “Schedule”

Actual Results:
Noting happens in the UI. You will stay on the schedule page. No confirmation, nothing. However, the recordings are scheduled. You will see that if you manually go back to the recordings page.

Expected Results:
Show a confirmation and leave the schedule UI
