"Guided Tour" through Matterhorn for Adopters

We need a better entry point for adopters to the Matterhorn documentation. Many information in the several wikis is not needed for a regular adopter. But on the other hand the information that an adopter needs can be found in different sub-wikis depending on which search function you use this can not even be found.

So the basic idea would be to have a guided tour where you may be able to select which OS you want to use, if you want to change the workflows, apply a different logo, ... if an adopter follows this tour he will be pointed to the according pages. The tour should explain the Matterhorn step by step from selecting the appropriate hardware to creating own workflows...

I don't like the idea to let the user choose the OS in the Welcome Guide because it will increase the effort for maintenance. Instead I will link to the release page. We should use as few links to current releases as possible to keep the guide up to date easily.
For the different distros, we should create a page similar to https://opencast.jira.com/wiki/display/MHDOC/Release+Notes and link it from the release docs

Oh they're already part of the release docs, so everything is fine ...

Good to know, that demo.opencast is now stable and up-to-date, last comments on list pointed interested persons to test.
